If you travel to the heart of Tuscany, halfway between Florence and Pisa, and wind your way through the gently rolling hills where wild fig trees thrive, you may happen upon our family olive grove. These beautiful ancient trees have been in the family for the last seventy years, although for a number of years they were left to nature, and out of production. We are proud to be the next generation to nurture the trees, and bring back the land from dormancy.

Belvedere is now a fully certified organic farm, and our focus is on giving the land and trees much needed attention and care.

The annual October olive harvest at Belvedere results in our great quality, single-source, cold pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil, or EVOO, as it's known in the trade. Every year since we've begun sharing this precious resource, our EVOO harvest has sold out. Our loyal customers sign up to the Belvedere mailing list to reserve the precious first press of oil, which yields the strongest and deepest flavour, delivered around the UK just in time for Christmas.

The Belvedere shop now sells a range of delicious produce from the farm and nearby land, including raw clover honey, EVOO soap, and wholegrain pastas made with ancient grains that are easier to digest than modern wheat varieties and have a deliciously nutty flavour.

At the heart of our land at Belvedere Organic sits a beautifully restored XIX Century farmhouse, which is available for letting throughout the year for families and groups of friends for up to 24 people.
