Made with 100% Khorasan wheat grown on small organic farms in Tuscany, this pasta has a sweet, nutty flavour and is full of the natural goodness of the ancient Khorasan (triticum turanicum) grain.
Khorasan, an 8,000 year old ancestor of modern wheat, is easily digestible, full of minerals and high in protein which makes it suitable for those with gluten sensitivity.
Made by Italian artisans using traditional bronze dies then dried slowly at low temperatures.
